Digitalization-related hiring levels in private banking increased in April 2022

The proportion of private banking firms hiring for digitization-related roles remained relatively stable in April 2022 compared to the equivalent month last year, with 65.2% of firms included in our analysis hiring for at least one of these positions.

The latter figure was higher than the 64.6% of companies hiring for digitization-related jobs a year ago, but down from the figure of 67.7% in March 2022.

In terms of the rate of all digitization-related job postings, related job postings dropped in April 2022, with 18.7% of newly posted job postings related to the topic.
